UFC fighter rankings: Vegas events continue to create little change

This rankings update is somehow even more lame than the last Apex event.

UFC Vegas 30 was undeniably entertaining. Five straight finishes to close out the prelims and a lot of weird and wacky things on the main card made for a good viewing experience. Unfortunately, a lot of it was totally irrelevant from a rankings perspective. Exactly one fight fighter on the card – Julia Avila – moved up in the rankings due to her win. The rest?

Here’s a look at the very few changes this week.

Men’s P4P – Jan Blachowicz moves up into a tie for six with Dustin Poirier.

Heavyweight – No changes.

Light Heavyweight – No changes.

Middleweight – No changes.

Welterweight – No changes.

Lightweight – No changes.

Featherweight – Arnold Allen moves up into a tie for six with Calvin Kattar.

Bantamweight – Cody Stamann is up one spot to 14. Kyler Phillips drops to 15.

Flyweight – No changes.

Women’s P4P – No changes.

Women’s Bantamweight – Lina Lansberg and Pannie Kinziad flip-flopped the 10 and 11 spots. Julia Avila is up one to 14, dropping Karol Rosa to 15.

Women’s Flyweight – No changes.

Women’s Strawweight – No changes.
